Inpatient care is provided at Sunderland Royal Hospital, Ward B21, B level.
Outpatient appointments are provided at Sunderland Royal Hospital, Chester Wing Outpatients, C level.
The department also operates outpatient clinics at other sites in and around Sunderland, as well as in the community and some home visits.
